Turning your glutes into a sexy bubble butt!

In gyms the world over, one of the most sought after pursuits is the quest for the almighty ‘sexy butt.’ Unfortunately, there is a great deal of confusion and misunderstanding on how to do so.

Probably the most efficient way to accomplish this is the good old fashioned squat. The classic squat is one of the most important all round lower body exercises and the king of bum sculpting.

When squatting there are a few mistakes that people often make that can really hinder progress, such as using a partial range of motion and not going deep enough to really activate the gluteal muscle fibers. Another mistake is to use minimal or no resistance, which will also leave the muscle fibers inadequately challenged.

Another key to maximizing your butt blasting is using a variety of exercises and activities. Even though squatting may be king, it will be very helpful to add, for example, lunges or split squats. Also, cross training with other sports such as sprinting can be useful.

Don’t underestimate the impact body fat has on the appearance of your tush. Simply the dropping of fat through all of your various workouts and proper diet can help you get the shape you want.

And finally, be patient. It might take a bit of time to sculpt your masterpiece but it will be worth the effort.
